Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, November 10. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Please note: The Washington State Convention Center offers Internet service to exhibitors participating in trade shows at the Washington State Convention Center. However, for SC11 SCinet is the sole on-site provider of Internet access, service and connectivity during SC11. SCinet will provide very high bandwidth wide area connections from the Washington State Convention Center to the commodity Internet and to many research and next generation networks including Abilene, TeraGrid, ESnet, and DREN. All network connection requests must be made through completion of a SCinet Connection Request Form, available at https://scinet.supercomputing.org/crs/. (SCinet CRS opens August 29.)
