Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, November 10. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Target Move-In

Every SC11 exhibitor has been assigned a Target Date and Time Block for the delivery of direct shipments to the convention center. Target dates have been e-mailed to all exhibitors.

Exhibitors’ trucks must check-in to the Marshalling Yard by 10:00am on the assigned target date for delivery.

Target Dates are assigned to better schedule deliveries of freight with a goal of providing a smooth move-in. Target Dates and Times are set up for freight delivery only and does not mean that is the day the exhibitor needs to be set-up. Target dates were assigned based on your location in the exhibit hall, proximity to the freight doors, and the potential size and complexity of your installation. If you can not meet your scheduled time, contact Mark Victorino, Freight Operations Manager, at 1-714-254-3664, mark.victorino@freemanco.com for a later time, or complete the attached Off-Target Move-In Request.
