Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, October 10, 2011 at the above address. Material arriving after Wednesday, November 2, 2011 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, November 10. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibitors are encouraged to make a concerted effort to participate in a “green” meeting that makes a minimal environmental impact. Below is a check list of items that you can incorporate in your exhibit participation. Please review these and incorporate as many as possible while you plan your participation in SC11.

Exhibit/Display Design, Setup, and Teardown

____ replace paper handouts with digital delivery (flashdrive, website, etc.)
____ giveaways with long-term usefulness (ex: water bottle, shirt)

____ print collateral documentation on paper of 30% post-consumer recycled content
____ donatability of a giveaway (ex: to local shelters or schools)
____ giveaway made from sustainable or recycled materials
