Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, October 10, 2011 at the above address. Material arriving after Wednesday, November 2, 2011 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, November 10. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
If your organization would like to hold a meeting during SC11, we can probably help you find the appropriate space. SC11 has an all-space hold on the meeting rooms at many conference hotels, in effect until April 30, 2011. If SC arranges the space, there will be no room rental charge, although the exhibitor will be required to order food and beverage service.
In order to secure space, exhibitors should be in good standing with the conference and should not plan to schedule meetings of more than 50 people during the conference technical program. For more information, please contact housing@info.supercomputing.org.
As of May 1, SC11 will have released any remaining meeting rooms back to the hotels. Exhibitors will need to contact hotels individually, and room rental fees will apply.
