Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, October 10, 2011 at the above address. Material arriving after Wednesday, November 2, 2011 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, November 10. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Deadline to enter/edit online company listing: Friday, September 16, 2011
The Online Exposition Planner can be accessed by attendees in advance of the show, enabling them to plan their visit prior to leaving home. The information submitted here is what will be used for print in the Exhibit Directory.
To submit your 700-character company description and select the product/service categories (up to 10 categories) that best fit your company, please follow these instructions:
1. Select or enter this link: http://iebms.heiexpo.com/iebms/oep/oep_p1_exhibitors.aspx?oc=34&ct=OEP&eventid=5011
2. Select the “Profile Editor” link from under “Exhibitor Services”.
3. Please enter the booth boss’s email address and password and then click on “Sign In To Account.” If you enter any email address other than the one on file, you will not be able to access to the Profile Editor. If you do not have a password, please go to Step 4.
4. Enter the booth boss’s email address and then click on “Send password to my email” This will email the password to that address. Passwords will come from helpiebms@heiexpo.com; please be sure your email will accept messages from helpiebms@heiexpo.com.
5. After receiving the password via email, please return to the “Logon” screen and logon as instructed in step 3.
6. Your company name will appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now edit your company name EXACTLY as you wish it to appear, enter/edit your company description (700 character limit) and select the product/service categories that best fit your company. Be sure to hit the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the screen in order to save your edits.
7. The email address on file will receive an email confirmation of the profile change. Confirmations will come from helpiebms@heiexpo.com; please be sure your email will accept messages from helpiebms@heiexpo.com. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the email confirmation, your changes may not have been accepted.
The Online Expo Planner is now live soon so we urge all exhibitors to complete their listing information as soon as possible. The deadline for submission in order for information to be included in the printed Directory is Friday, September 16.
