Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Thursday, November 10. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Education Program Supporters
You may opt to provide support for SC11 Education Program by becoming an Official Supporter of an SC11 Education Program. Following are the following categories of levels of support for SC11.
Silver Supporter Status
Requires a contribution of $10,000 to the SC11 Education Program.
Gold Supporter Status
Requires a contribution of $20,000 to the SC11 Education Program.
Platinum Support Status
Requires a contribution of $50,000 to the SC11 Education Program.
- All levels of support will get a listing in the Final Program with their company logo to acknowledge their support.
- All 200 plus Education Program representatives will receive a document stating the contributions made by all levels.
- All levels will also be recognized in the Directory by a special recognition of support on the first pages of the Exhibit Guide and also listed on the SC11 website.
- Gold and Platinum will be acknowledged on the Kiosks located in two different locations just inside the entryways to SC11.
- Platinum Support will be mentioned with additional signage at each function held for SC11 Education Program.
- Platinum Support will get a half page ad in the Final Program at no charge.
- Platinum Support will get a personal thank you and plaque presented by our Conference Chair to your representative during the opening remarks at our SC11 Keynote Session.
